The controversial Irish rap group Kneecap has canceled its upcoming US tour — which included a New York City rooftop present — as one among its members prepares for trial for allegedly supporting Hamas.

The Belfast-based group mentioned it must cancel its 15 tour dates, set to begin Oct. 1, whereas Liam O hAnnaidh, who performs below the stage identify Mo Chara, prepares to attend a court hearing in London in late September.

O hAnnaidh was charged below the Terrorism Act in Britain for waving Hezbollah’s flag throughout a present whereas allegedly yelling, “Up Hamas! Up Hezbollah!”
