
Two Venezuelan army plane flew over US Navy ship in ‘highly provocative move,’ Pentagon says
A US Navy ship conducting counter-drug operations was interfered with Thursday when two Venezuelan army plane flew over the vessel, in keeping with the Department of Defense.
The maneuver, described by the Pentagon as “highly provocative,” comes two days after the US forces attacked a Tren de Aragua drug-smuggling boat within the Caribbean Sea, killing 11 narco-terrorists.
“Today, two Maduro regime military aircraft flew near a US Navy vessel in international waters,” the Pentagon mentioned in an announcement. “This highly provocative move was designed to interfere with our counter narco-terror operations.”
