The Trump administration already has denied visas for Palestinian chief Mahmoud Abbas and his giant delegation to attend a high-level U.N. assembly this month and is now contemplating ramping up restrictions on a number of different delegations that might severely restrict their capability to journey exterior New York City.

Potential journey and different restrictions may quickly be imposed on the delegations from Iran, Sudan, Zimbabwe and, maybe surprisingly, Brazil, which has held a standard place of honor throughout the high-level leaders gathering on the U.N. General Assembly that begins Sept. 22, based on an inside State Department memo seen by The Associated Press.
