President Trump on Sunday declared he is able to transfer forward with a brand new spherical of sanctions towards Russia after it pummeled Ukraine with its largest air strike because the conflict started.

Trump, requested by reporters whether or not he is able to transfer to the “second stage” of sanctions towards Russia, replied sure.
