WASHINGTON — Vice President JD Vance on Sunday mocked Russia over its warfare in Ukraine, noting how little Moscow has “to show for it” after three years and greater than 1,000,000 casualties.

The vp mentioned he “wasn’t surprised at all” by President Trump’s beautiful declaration final week that Kyiv can win again its territories and maybe go “further.”
