A Royal Caribbean cruise ship rescued a bunch of individuals stranded on a ramshackle raft floating within the waters between Mexico and Cuba over the weekend, based on experiences.

The Enchantment of the Seas cruise was heading west within the Yucatan Channel on Sunday night when it occurred upon the group of vacationers in a haphazard, crumbling raft, NBC News reported.

“Our crew identified individuals in distress in international waters, provided medical care to those who were rescued, and worked closely with the Mexican Coast Guard,” the Royal Caribbean Group stated in a press release to the outlet.
