Five extra individuals have been arrested within the investigation into the theft of crown jewels from the Louvre Museum, however the treasures stay lacking, the Paris prosecutor introduced Thursday.

The 5 have been detained late Wednesday evening in Paris and the Paris area, Prosecutor Laure Beccuau advised RTL radio.
