Thirteen alleged drug cartel members had been gunned down in a shootout with Mexican police on Monday afternoon within the violence-plagued northwestern state of Sinaloa, based on reviews and authorities.

Four folks had been arrested along with these killed after authorities had been ambushed by an armed group that was hiding underneath a bridge within the city of La Brecha, Security Secretary Omar Garcia Harfuch stated in a put up on X.
