North Korea condemns US-South Korea safety talks, threatens to take ‘more offensive action’
SEOUL, Nov 8 – North Korea’s protection minister No Kwang Chol threatened on Saturday to take “more offensive action” as he condemned U.S. safety talks with Seoul and the arrival of a U.S. plane provider in South Korea.
A day earlier, North Korea fired a ballistic missile in direction of the ocean off its east coast, after denouncing on Thursday contemporary U.S. sanctions towards North Korean people and entities that Washington mentioned had been concerned in cyber-related money-laundering schemes.
South Korea’s protection ministry on Saturday condemned the missile launch, whereas saying the North’s criticism of the U.S.-South Korea assembly was regrettable.
