A Kremlin envoy stated peace talks on a U.S.-proposed plan to finish the almost four-year conflict in Ukraine have been urgent on “constructively” in Florida, whereas the Ukrainian president stated they have been shifting ”rapidly.”

The talks are a part of the Trump administration’s monthslong push for peace that additionally included conferences with Ukrainian and European officers in Berlin earlier this week.
