A health care provider in India has been suspended after stunning footage confirmed him repeatedly punching a affected person who requested to be spoken to with respect.

Senior Resident Dr. Raghav Narula, who labored on the Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) in Shimla, northern India, was accused of assaulting the affected person, Arjun Panwar, 36, throughout an altercation on Monday.
