Coast Guard suspends seek for 77-year-old cruise ship passenger who vanished off of Cuba coast
The U.S. Coast Guard has suspended its seek for a 77-year-old girl who went overboard on a cruise ship close to Cuba on New Year’s Day.
Crews looked for eight hours over 690 sq. miles (1,787 sq. kilometers) for the lady, whose identify had not been made public, the Coast Guard mentioned.

She was aboard the Holland America Line cruise ship Nieuw Statendam when she went overboard Thursday, about 40 miles (64 kilometers) northeast of Sabana, Cuba.
