Russia on Thursday strongly condemned the U.S. seizure of an oil tanker, heralding a brand new chill in relations between Moscow and Washington that would unfold to different areas and have an effect on President Donald Trump’s efforts to influence Russia to finish its practically four-year struggle in Ukraine.
