Keepers at Blackpool Zoo nursed Dougie again to full well being after they seen he was struggling to maneuver freely inside minutes of being born.

The zoo stated the North American tree porcupine was displaying restricted use of his hind legs, presumably on account of start trauma, and was unable to feed naturally.

He was moved to a temperature-controlled brooder and was given each day physio and leg workouts, which helped him step by step regain full motion.
