An American has been stabbed by a Syrian nationwide in Germany after allegedly stepping in to assist two feminine passengers being harassed on a tram, in line with studies.

The younger man was attacked at round 12:25 a.m. on Sunday after intervening when “two men from a group harassed female passengers” on the tram within the japanese German metropolis of Dresden, police spokesman Luka Reumund instructed Bild.

Pictures from the scene present blood spattered over the tram. The unidentified American was rushed to the hospital the place his situation is unknown.
