A twister ripped via Southern Brazil on Friday, killing a minimum of 5 folks and injuring 432 others.

According to the Paraná State Government, 4 deaths occurred in Rio Bonito do Iguaçu and one occurred in Guarapuava.

The twister collapsed buildings, leaving folks trapped, the federal government stated.

Search and rescue of the collapsed buildings was nonetheless ongoing Saturday.
