
Athletic occasion that enables steroids sues World Anti-Doping Agency, swimming governing our bodies for $800 million
The Enhanced Games, an upcoming Olympic-styled sporting occasion that doesn’t embody drug testing, filed an $800 million lawsuit towards World Aquatics, USA Swimming and the World Anti-Doping Agency, claiming they’re forcing athletes to boycott the occasion.
The lawsuit cites a by-law made by World Aquatics again in June, once they introduced that swimmers and officers who competed in or supported the occasion can be barred from the game.
“Those who enable doped sport are not welcome at World Aquatics or our events,” its president Husain al-Musallam stated in an announcement on the time.
