Ahmed al-Ahmed, the Syrian-Australian store proprietor who heroically tackled and disarmed one of many Bondi Beach gunmen, has given his first televised interview because the terror assault on December 14.

Fifteen folks had been killed within the bloodbath – Australia’s deadliest since Port Arthur in 1996 – whereas at the very least 40 had been injured when Sajid Akram and his son, Naveed Akram, allegedly opened fireplace on the Chanukah by the Sea celebration.

Sajid, 50, was shot useless by police through the assault. Naveed has been transferred to Long Bay Correctional Complex in Malabar, Sydney, charged with 59 offences.
