A British aristocrat who went on the run together with her boyfriend and their new child daughter in 2023 had been convicted Monday of killing the toddler.

Constance Marten, 38, and Mark Gordon, 51, had been discovered responsible of gross negligence manslaughter throughout their second trial at London’s Central Criminal Court. They had been beforehand convicted of perverting the course of justice, concealing the beginning of a kid and youngster cruelty throughout their first trial.
