The father of a 12-year-old lady “died of grief” after his daughter was kidnapped, raped, tortured after which beheaded in France by a sadistic Algerian migrant, the lady’s mom advised a court.

Lola Daviet’s physique was discovered horrifically mutilated and partially decapitated in a suitcase after she was murdered in 2022 — in a case that shocked the nation and sparked protests over lax immigration enforcement.

Dhabia Benkired, 27, a prostitute who overstayed her visa in France, was convicted of the killing.
