A flight passenger reportedly tried to open the cabin doorways mid-flight – sparking panic earlier than he was detained.

Witness Oore Fabunmi, 25, was flying from the Dominican Republic to London Gatwick on June 29 when the person seated in entrance of her all of the sudden stood up and ran towards the entrance of the plane.

The subsequent factor Oore heard was screams erupting from the entrance of the aircraft as the person allegedly tried to open the cabin doorways.

Oore watched as fellow passengers tried to pin the person down earlier than TUI airline workers stepped in to detain him.
