KYIV — European and NATO leaders introduced Sunday that they’ll be becoming a member of President Volodymyr Zelensky in Washington for essential talks with President Donald Trump, rallying across the Ukrainian chief after his exclusion from Trump’s summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
