Hamas grows ranks to twenty,000 terrorists, fills coffers with tariffs — as Israel questions whether or not peacekeepers can disarm them
Hamas has regrown its combating power to some 20,000 terrorists, is reasserting its energy by policing the streets and refilling its coffers with tariffs on imports to the Gaza Strip after items have been allowed to circulate into the Palestinian territory, in line with a brand new report.
Despite a brutal two years of warfare that has decimated Gaza and killed hundreds of terrorists, Hamas is regaining its footing — at the same time as Israel and President Trump’s Arab-backed peace deal demand that the group disarm and cede energy, in accordance the New York Times.
“Hamas was hit hard, but it wasn’t defeated,” Shalom Ben Hanan, a former senior official within the Shin Bet, advised the Times. “It’s still standing.”
