A haunting new picture captured the second lit sparklers hooked up to champagne bottles ignited the ceiling on the Le Constellation nightclub in Switzerland — beginning the horrific New Year’s Eve hearth that left a minimum of 40 lifeless and greater than 100 severely harm.
