The heroic American vacationer who was stabbed whereas defending two ladies being violently assaulted on a tram in Germany has been recognized as a part-time mannequin from Upstate New York who was left with grotesque facial accidents.

John Rudat, 21, was hospitalized with grotesque knife wounds to his face after stepping in when he noticed two ladies being attacked within the jap German metropolis of Dresden early Sunday, in line with a web-based fundraiser.

The part-time mannequin — who can also be a newly certified paramedic in Colonie, NY — was touring in Germany when “he saw two women being violently assaulted,” in line with the fundraiser arrange by his brother’s girlfriend.
