A gaggle of hikers wearing Nazi uniforms — together with some from America — have been stopped by police within the Swiss Alps and ordered to take away their offensive outfits.

The hikers have been carrying Wehrmacht uniforms with Nazi insignia — together with swastika armbands — once they sparked alarm on Friday within the Bernese Alps, Swiss public radio outlet SRF reported.

Video reveals them marching overtly previous surprised onlookers.

“The group consisted of around 25 people from various European countries and the United States,” Deborah Zaugg, a spokesperson for Bern cantonal police, informed SRF, with out saying what number of of them have been from the US.
