The boat, carrying 14 passengers, was touring alongside the Sassandra River within the southwestern city of Buyo on Friday morning when it was overturned by the hippo, in line with a press release from Myss Belmonde Dogo, the West African nation’s Minister of Cohesion and Solidarity.
