Teenagers at elite summer time youth camps in Victoria have been allegedly subjected to late-night Holocaust re-enactments and compelled to put on electrical shock canine collars, a disturbing report has revealed, with one whistleblower accusing the group of inflicting “major negative impacts” by means of its “cult mentality”.
