Insane footage exhibits a maniac chasing a terrified Scottish cop down the road whereas threatening to cut him up with a chainsaw.

Albanian nationwide Liridon Kastrati, 32, grabbed the chainsaw from his automobile after crashing into Police Constable Gary Cowan’s squad automobile in Paisley, simply west of Glasgow.
