Israel started releasing almost 2,000 Palestinian prisoners on Monday as a part of the hostage change cope with Hamas — together with some convicted for murder and terrorism.

The first wave of prisoners arrived within the West Bank and Gaza quickly after Hamas launched the ultimate 20 dwelling hostages it had stored in brutal circumstances for greater than two years since Oct. 7, 2023.
