Kim Yo Jong, the highly effective sister of North Korea’s chief Kim Jong Un, warned joint army workout routines of US, South Korea and Japan may result in “negative consequences” for themselves, state media reported on Sunday.

South Korea, Japan and the US will conduct annual defensive drills known as the “Freedom Edge” beginning on September 15 to improve aerial, naval and cyber operational capabilities in opposition to North Korea’s nuclear and missile threats, South Korea’s army has mentioned.
