A Tacoma, Washington, man discovered a gift-wrapped severed human toe whereas celebrating Father’s Day at a seaside along with his spouse and two babies.

While looking out the seaside at Dash Point State Park for feathers on June 15, Kevin Ewing occurred upon a weathered package deal containing a small pine field that’d been wrapped in inexperienced material and tied closed with yellow string.
