Two alleged “narco-banners” that surfaced on-line this month, which warned Americans to remain out of Mexico’s Los Cabos area, have sparked concern about cartel intimidation techniques, whilst native officers insist the indicators by no means existed.

The purported messages, signed by a faction of the Sinaloa Cartel generally known as La Chapiza, threatened violence towards U.S. residents residing in or visiting the favored vacationer vacation spot.
