The group that oversees the Nobel Peace Prize rejected latest recommendations that Venezuelan opposition chief María Corina Machado might give or share her award with President Donald Trump.

The Norwegian Nobel Institute shut down the concept Friday, after Machado urged that she would possibly switch the distinguished award to Trump earlier this week.
