Amid rising tensions all over the world, Penn State University scientists have revealed what the fallout could be from a nuclear struggle — with an unfathomable famine, mass deaths and a selected influence on an vital crop after the bombs went off.
According to the dystopian research, revealed within the journal Environmental Research Letters, the destruction would “extend well beyond the blast zones” due to nuclear winter, a catastrophic theoretical situation within the wake of a nuke battle.
