Russia on Wednesday shot down President Trump’s declare that the Kremlin had already agreed to some concessions on ending the battle in Ukraine — as Moscow pummeled harmless Ukrainians with recent drone strikes in a single day.

Multiple Russian officers insisted it was too untimely to discuss accepting any peace plan and that Moscow wouldn’t comply with something that didn’t absolutely meet its calls for.
