Russia is torturing Ukrainian prisoners with electrical shocks to their genitals from a Soviet-era phone in a merciless methodology often known as making a “call to Putin,” based on a stunning United Nations report.

Wires from the hand-cranked Soviet TA-57 subject phone are related to prisoners’ ears, fingers, ft and genitals, sending an excruciating 80-volt electrical shock, based on a report attributable to be offered to the UN Human Rights Council subsequent month.

Dr. Alice Jill Edwards, the UN’s torture knowledgeable who wrote the report, informed the Telegraph that “the scale is really off the charts about how many people who are detained are subjected to some form of degrading or inhumane treatment.”
