President Trump’s particular envoy Steve Witkoff met Tuesday with Russian President Vladimir Putin because the White House launched its newest effort to get Moscow to agree to finish its practically four-year-old invasion of Ukraine.

Witkoff, 68, was joined on the Kremlin by Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner two days after the pair have been a part of talks between American and Ukrainian delegations in South Florida.

Russian authorities spokesman Dmitry Peskov advised reporters that Tuesday’s discussions would go on “as long as needed” and solely an interpreter would be part of Witkoff and Kushner on the US aspect.
