A surgeon with a “sexual obsession” for chopping off elements of his physique had his personal legs amputated as a part of an insurance coverage rip-off, officers within the UK stated on Thursday.

Doctor Neil Hopper, 49, submerged his personal legs for eight hours in a mix of ice and dry ice in order that they must be eliminated, whereas falsely claiming to his insurers that he had sepsis, prosecutor Nicholas Lee stated.
