Top fentanyl trafficker wished in US killed by Mexican navy throughout drug raid
An alleged Sinaloa cartel chief who was wished by US authorities on suspicion of working the “world’s largest known fentanyl production network” was killed by the Mexican navy on Sunday.
Pedro Inzunza Coronel, higher identified below the alias “El Pichón,” allegedly attacked members of the Mexican Navy throughout a drug raid within the northwestern state of Sinaloa, Omar Garcia Harfuch, Mexico’s safety secretary, wrote on X.
Pedro Inzunza Coronel was killed throughout an anti-drug operation in Mexico.
Harfuch wrote that Coronel “lost his life” through the raid, although the precise method of his dying is unclear.
