Tropical Storm Erin fashioned Monday within the jap tropical Atlantic Ocean, simply west of the Cabo Verde Islands, as Hurricane Henriette strengthened within the Pacific Ocean properly away from Hawaii, forecasters stated.

There had been no coastal watches or warnings in impact for both storm, the Miami-based National Hurricane Center stated.

Erin was about 280 miles (451 kilometers) west-northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands, with most sustained winds of 45 mph (72 kph), the NHC stated. It was shifting west at about 20 mph (32 kph).
