President Trump privately questioned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky about whether or not Kyiv may blast Moscow and St Petersburg if wanted to make Russians “feel the pain” and are available to the negotiating desk, in line with a report.

“Volodymyr, can you hit Moscow? … Can you hit St Petersburg too?” Trump requested on a July 4 name with Zelensky, a day after the president had a disappointing telephone name with Russian chief Vladimir Putin, the Financial Times reported, citing a number of sources.
