WASHINGTON — President Trump introduced Monday the US will ship “billions of dollars” price of weapons to Ukraine by way of Washington’s NATO allies — and threatening to impose 100% tariffs on Moscow in 50 days if no peace is struck to finish the 40-month-old conflict.
