The US Embassy in Qatar issued an emergency “shelter in place” Monday for all People dwelling there, quickly earlier than Iran attacked American navy bases there.

The embassy mentioned it was issuing the alert “out of an abundance of warning,” with out detailing particular threats.

Hours later, Iran introduced that it had fired a “devastating and highly effective missile” at Al-Udeid airbase in Qatar, the biggest American base within the Center East with about 10,000 US troopers stationed there.
